Limited Warranty
STEMagination warrants that our Magnetic STEM Blocks are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Magnetic STEM Blocks due to faulty materials or workmanship, STEMagination will, at its option replace the defective product free of charge.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

- Accidents, alterations, or modifications made to the product.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
- Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, STEMagination shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Magnetic STEM Blocks, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as provided under this warranty.
